GUILLERMO’S PRIORITIES
FOR JURUPA VALLEY
PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE
Guillermo is actively working on improving our city with 47 capital improvement projects currently in the works. He’s partnered with Riverside County Flood Control District to build a five-year flood prevention and mitigation plan. He’ll continue to invest in local infrastructure to ensure our public works department is funded and well equipped to keep our city clean, safe, and updated.
STRONG LOCAL ECONOMY
Working with key developers, the city, and our residents, Guillermo will strengthen our economy by bringing in new retail businesses, restaurants, and entertainment spaces to spark job creation and provide our community with high quality of life shops and businesses.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Willy is working to build diverse options of affordable housing such as: single family homes, townhomes, condos, mixed-use development, and more.
SAFER NEIGHBORHOODS
As a father of four raising his children in Jurupa Valley, Guillermo understands that we need to continue reducing crime and developing more public safety resources. On City Council, he’s worked on crime prevention and projects targeting traffic and sidewalk safety for our families and children. He also voted to implement flock systems and approved over 80 cameras to track vehicles involved in a crime.
